Processing time

Orders typically ship within 3-15 business days

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the available part of your order. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Domestic Shipping
The cost of shipping will depend on the size, weight, and speed of the delivery method you choose and will be passed along to you with absolutely no upcharge on our end.

Please note that your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

International Shipping
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and tariffs to the carrier upon delivery. All orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees (please contact your local Customs Office for more information). For packages that are refused upon delivery or returned back to Zazz & Friends, the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties and tariffs to import the items back to the Zazz & Friends. 

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Yes! We ship to these addresses.

Additional taxes and charges 

Please note: Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
