Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges will not be refunded. This means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
Please note the following:
- All returns must be unused and unwashed, be returned in the original packaging, have all tags + bow still attached, and come from a smoke-free environment.
- Item(s) must have been purchased through Zazzandfriends.com.
- Custom items, including items with embroidery, are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or an embroidery error.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their item to Zazz &Friends , this fee will be deducted from your refund. Once Zazz & Friends receives the product we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your return.
- Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for and will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund on returns.
- Purchasing a product marked as "all sales final" means exactly that and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the Return Address and return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products with wear and tear, misuse or abuse, improper care or maintenance, stains from use, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives or damage from transit or handling will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse certain products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are committed to customer satisfaction.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
